Refund & Cancellation Policy

MAA is sold as a one-time digital license, delivered instantly by email. Because activating it unlocks the full software on your device, our refund window is tied to whether you've activated it yet.

Eligible for a refund

If you haven't yet activated MAA on a computer, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Not eligible for a refund

Once a license has been issued and activated on a device, the purchase is final — the same as most digital software once a license key has been used.

How to request one

Email info@maabysivanshi.com with the email address you purchased under. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
